The Corporation (collectively, “The Corporation”, “Anyone Home”, “AH”, “we”, “us”, or “our” as applicable) owns and operates the https://www.myshowing.com and https://www.anyonehome.com websites (including any subdomains and mobile versions of each, a “Site”, and collectively, the “Sites”), as well as CRM, Access Solutions, and Contact Center products and services (the “Application”). The Application and Sites are collectively referred to as the “Services”. We recognize that visitors to our Sites and Application may be concerned about the information they provide to us, and how we treat that information. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information that relates to identifiable individuals (“personal information”) when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that information. Anyone Home as a Data Processor The Privacy Policy addresses data subjects (which includes both individuals and households) whose personal information we may receive from our customers in using our Services. In these cases, we do not decide why or how that personal information will be processed, our customers may use our Services to store and process their own customers’ personal information. In these cases, we act only as a data processor and service provider. We do not decide what personal information is being stored, and in general we will only access such personal information at our customer’s request in connection with our customer support or account administration matters. We will only access personal information to provide the Services that our customer has directed us to provide, or if we are required to do so by law.
When you give your data to one of our customers or when we collect your personal information on their behalf, our customer’s privacy policy will apply to the processing of your personal information. If you have a direct relationship with one of our customers, please contact them to exercise your privacy rights.
Anyone Home as a Data Controller When we do decide why or how personal information is processed, we act as a data controller. This Privacy Policy address data subjects whose personal information we process as a data controller, namely information that we:
receive from customers of our Services to facilitate our business and contractual relationship with our customers;
receive directly through our Sites;
receive directly through our business partners; or
process to promote our Services.
Not in Scope This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information of employees, job applicants, contractors, business owners, directors, and officers of Anyone Home.

Information You Give Us

Additional Limits on Use of Your Google User Data: Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the App access to the following types of your Google data, the App’s use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:
The App will only use access to read, write, modify, or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
The App will not use this Gmail data for serving advertisements.
The App will not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App’s internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
Automatic Information
We may also collect information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit our Services or when you access the Services by or through a mobile device. This may include information such as:
The name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the device you are using and/or the IP address of your Internet Service Provider (ISP);

The website that referred you to our Sites;

Our processing of your personal information for these purposes includes both automated and manual (human) methods of processing. Our automated methods often are related to and supported by our manual methods. For example, to build and improve the accuracy of our automated methods of processing (including artificial intelligence or AI, such as Chat Bots you may use as part of our Services), we manually review some of the predictions and inferences produced by the automated methods against the underlying data from which the predictions and inferences were made. For instance, with your permission and for the purpose of improving our Chat Bot technologies, we manually review short snippets of text or voice data that we have taken steps to de-identify. This manual review may be conducted by our employees or vendors who are working on our behalf. We do not use your personal information for training artificial intelligence.
Credit Card Information Security
We do not store any credit card information on its servers or data warehouses, all credit card information is stored with its payment gateway and it is tokenized. Tokenization, when applied to data security, is the process of substituting a sensitive data element with a non-sensitive equivalent, referred to as a token, that has no extrinsic or exploitable meaning or value. All payment services use Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), and is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), or formerly its predecessor, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
Cookies
When you interact with the Service, we automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, “cookie” information, and the page you requested.

A note about accuracy: Our chat and artificial intelligence features generate responses by reading a user’s request and, in response, predicting the words most likely to respond to such request. In some cases, the responses may not be the most factually accurate. For this reason, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of output from these features. If you notice that these features provide factually inaccurate information and you would like us to correct the inaccuracy, you may submit a correction request via email to support@anyonehome.com. Given the technical complexity of how these features work, we may not be able to correct the inaccuracy in every instance.
Payments
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Services. In that case, we may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card or banking details. Do Not Sell My Information
You have the right to opt of sale of your personal information to a third party. Please note that this does not stop Anyone Home from distributing this information within our organization across business units. Additionally, your right to opt out does not stop all transfers to third parties as we can continue to provide your personal information to our service providers pursuant to a written contract that meets requirements within the U.S. State Laws. Furthermore, we can continue to provide data that does not meet the definition of personal information.
This right to opt out applies to all consumers ages 16 or older and may be exercised at any time. We will honor all such requests unless you subsequently decide to opt in to the sale of your personal information.
The sale of personal information does not include if you direct Anyone Home to interact with a third party, Anyone Home alerts third parties that you have opted out, the sharing of information is necessary to perform a business purpose and meets the other conditions specified, or the information is transferred as part of an asset in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other change of control of Anyone Home.
If you wish to exercise your right to opt out, please submit a request via email to privacy@anyonehome.com. We will honor your request for twelve (12) months before we ask you to opt in to the sale of your personal information.
Deletion Request Rights
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete)your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.
We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to:
Complete the transaction for which we collected the personal information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you;

Only you or those registered with relevant authorities that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information on or an authorized representative; and
Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
